Directions for use:
- Mix the oxidizer with Infinity Aqua Drops Hybrid Tint in a 3:1 ratio until the consistency is creamy and well blended.
- Apply to brows with a brush in thin layers. Always use gloves while working.
- Do not mix in a metal container or with a metal spatula. Product was designed to leave a long-lasting result.
