Types of Permanent Makeup
Microblading
Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique that involves the precise application of pigment to create natural-looking eyebrow hair strokes. This procedure is typically performed by a trained and certified technician using a specialized handheld tool with fine needles. Microblading is used to enhance and define eyebrows, providing a fuller and more symmetrical appearance, and it is a popular choice for individuals seeking long-lasting, low-maintenance results for their eyebrows.
Powder Brows
Ombre powder brows, also known as powder or shading brows, is a semi-permanent cosmetic eyebrow technique. It involves the application of pigment to create a soft, gradual gradient effect on the eyebrows. Unlike microblading, which mimics individual hair strokes, ombre powder brows use a specialized machine or manual shading technique to achieve a more filled-in and powdered look. This method is ideal for individuals seeking a bolder, defined, and longer-lasting eyebrow appearance, resembling the look of well-groomed, makeup-enhanced brows.
Nano Brows
Nano brows is a modern semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique. It involves the use of a specialized nano needle and a digital machine to deposit pigment into the upper layers of the skin, creating fine, precise, and natural-looking hair-like strokes. Nano brows are similar to microblading but offer even more precision and control, making it an excellent choice for individuals with thin or sparse eyebrows. This method results in finely detailed and realistic eyebrow enhancements that can last for an extended period.
Combination Brows
Combination brows, also known as combo brows, refer to a semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique that combines elements of both microblading and shading (powder or ombre). In this method, a trained technician uses microblading to create realistic hair-like strokes in the front part of the eyebrow and then applies shading techniques toward the tail end of the brow. This combination results in a balanced, natural-looking, and defined eyebrow appearance.
Lash Line Enhancement
A lash line enhancement is a cosmetic tattooing technique that involves applying a very fine line of pigment along the upper lash line to create the illusion of thicker and more defined eyelashes. This procedure is also known as "lash enhancement tattoo" or "eyelash enhancement." Unlike traditional eyeliner tattoos, which can appear bolder and more noticeable, a lash line enhancement aims for a subtler, natural-looking effect.
Eyeliner with Wing
Permanent eyeliner with a wing is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing procedure designed to enhance the appearance of the eyes. This technique involves applying pigmented ink along the upper eyelid to create the look of eyeliner, extending it outward to form a winged or cat-eye shape.
Unlike traditional makeup, permanent eyeliner with a wing is designed to stay in place and maintain its shape without smudging or fading, which makes it a convenient option for individuals who want a defined and dramatic eye makeup look without daily application.
Lip Blushing
Lip blushing is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique designed to enhance the appearance of the lips. During the procedure, a trained technician uses a specialized tattoo machine or manual tool to deposit pigment into the lips, creating a soft, natural-looking tint. This technique is often used to add subtle color, define the lip contour, and create a more youthful and symmetrical appearance.
Lip blushing is popular among individuals who want to improve the color and shape of their lips, achieve a more defined and youthful appearance, or correct natural asymmetry. It is performed by trained and certified professionals in a clean and sterile environment to ensure safety and precision.
Lip Neutralization
Lip neutralization is a cosmetic procedure designed to balance the natural colour of the lips. It is typically used to address issues such as hyperpigmentation, uneven lip tone, or the presence of a strong or unwanted natural lip color. During lip neutralization, a trained technician applies a specialized pigment or color-correcting solution to the lips to achieve a more even and neutral lip tone.
