What Brow Services do you offer?
We offer a range of brow services including Brow Waxing, Brow Tinting, Hybrid Brow Tint and Brow Lamination.
What is a Brow Lamination?
Brow Lamination is a service that is designed to make your eyebrows look fuller, fluffier and more defined. Your brow hairs are restructured and styled according to your preference - we can reposition the hairs and have them styled upward for a more fluffy "celebrity" look or we can create fullness and correct brows by combining the hair over sparse areas. Results can last 4-6 weeks with proper aftercare.
You can choose to add Tint & Wax to your brows during your appointment.
What is Hybrid Brow Tint?
Similar to Brow Tint, Hybrid Tint dyes the natural hairs on your brow to a darker colour (usually dark brown) and helps provide the illusion of fuller brows. The dye on the brow hair can last 4 to 6 weeks. Hyrbrid Tint is also designed to stain the skin 3 to 10 days, depending on skin type and aftercare.
This treatment includes brow mapping to ensure the best brow design/shape.
You can choose to add Wax to this treatment or add Hybrid Brow Tint to your Brow Lamination appointment.
What is Brow Tint?
Brow tint dyes the natural hairs on your brow to a darker colour and helps provide the illusion of fuller brows.
This treatment is not designed to stain the brow hair but sometimes will leave a residue on the skin that will come off, once you can wash your brows. (After 24 hours).
What is the difference between Brow Tint & Hybrid Tint?
Brow Tint primarily colours the brow hairs for a more subtle enhancement.
Hybrid Tint provides a longer lasting result by staining both the brow hairs and the skin, creating a more defined, filled-in-look, similar to a makeup effect. Hybrid Tint will result in a bolder finish.
How long do brow results last?
Results vary depending on the service and your skin type:
- Brow Lamination: typically lasts 4–8 weeks
- Tint: 2–4 weeks on hair
- Hybrid Tint: up to 5–10 days on the skin and 4-8 weeks on the hair
- Brow Waxing: every 3-8 weeks depending on your natural growth cycle
Proper aftercare can help extend your results.
Do I need a patch test before my brow appointment?
A patch test may be recommended for clients with sensitive skin, allergies, or those who have not had a tinting service before.
To book a patch test, please book under the "Brow Consultation" option.
How should I prepare for my brow appointment?
Please arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or skincare products around the brow. Avoid exfoliating or using active ingredients near the brows 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Please let us know if you are on accutane.
Brow Lamination Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential to maintain your results and keep your brows healthy.
First 24 Hours
- Keep your brows completely dry (no water, steam, or sweating)
- Avoid touching or rubbing the brow area
- Do not apply makeup or skincare products directly on the brows
- Avoid heat treatments such as saunas, hot showers, or tanning
After 24 Hours
- Gently brush your brows into place daily using a spoolie
- Apply a nourishing oil or conditioner (such as castor oil or a brow serum) to keep the hairs hydrated
- Avoid harsh skincare products (exfoliants, retinols, acids) around the brow area
- Be gentle when cleansing—avoid excessive rubbing
Hybrid Brow Tint Aftercare
Proper aftercare will help maintain both the skin stain and the longevity of the tint on your brow hairs.
First 24 Hours
- Keep your brows completely dry (no water, steam, or sweating)
- Avoid touching or rubbing the brow area
- Do not apply makeup or skincare products directly on the brows
- Avoid heat treatments such as saunas, hot showers, or tanning
After 24 Hours
- Avoid oil-based products around the brow area, as oils can cause the tint to fade faster
- Be gentle when cleansing—avoid scrubbing or exfoliating the brows
- Avoid exfoliants, retinols, and acids near the brows
- Gently pat the area dry instead of rubbing
Securing Your Appointment
- Some services require a $25 deposit to secure your appointment.
- Other services do not require a deposit but do require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.
- Free consultations require a credit card on file to secure the appointment.
- Deposits are applied toward your service total at your appointment.
- Credit cards are not charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in:
- Forfeiture of the $25 deposit, or
- A charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost for appointments booked with a credit card on file, or
- A $15 fee for free consultations that are late-canceled or missed.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and subject to the applicable fees outlined above.
- Clients who arrive significantly late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of the studio, with applicable fees applied.
Why This Policy Is in Place
Due to a recent increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we are often left with gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled on short notice. These gaps directly impact our ability to cover essential costs such as staff wages and operational expenses, which are necessary to keep our team employed and our services running smoothly.
This policy helps us respect our artists’ time, maintain availability for committed clients, and continue delivering the level of service you expect.

For One-on-One or Group Training Sessions please note the following:
Deposits for training are non-refundable. Due to the upfront costs associated with training—including preparation, printed materials, and reserving dedicated educator time—training deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to properly prepare and deliver high-quality training experiences.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the services/products and courses being sold, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you experience any concerns with the service or products you received, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Do you have parking?
Yes! We are located at the Dunsdon Plaza in Brantford and we have tons of free parking.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! In order to purchase a gift card simply come into the studio during retail hours. Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be paid for and picked up in person.
Is your services available to everyone?
Absolutely! Our services are available to everyone. Pease note, that some services (example: Laser Hair Removal or Permanent Makeup) does have minimum age requirements. You can reach us at 519-802-8679 if you have any questions about which services have a minimum age requirement.
